The pre heating system is designed to raise the temperature of cold fuel and oxygen to about 400 to 450°C after the burner control skids. A recuperator installed on the furnace exhaust channel uses hot waste gases to heat clean fresh air up to 600°C, which then pre heats the fuel and oxygen for each burner. Every burner is equipped with a compact pre heating module that includes all measurement and control functions for safe automatic operation. The system eliminates the need for a separate exhaust cooling system and provides precise temperature control through adjustable bypass valves for both fuel and oxygen. The control platform based on Siemens PCS7 is integrated into the main skid cabinet. The OXYFIRE Pro enhances combustion efficiency by pre heating gaseous fuels and oxygen using internal waste heat. Independent heat exchangers and a fully automated control system ensure high flexibility and safe operation according to international standards. Benefits include improved heat transfer, higher melting capacity, increased flame luminosity and energy savings of up to 10 percent with short return on investment.
