The Regulating Oxygen Burner ROX provides adjustable flame length and width to match a wide range of melting requirements. High flame coverage supports effective heat transfer while maintaining low NOx levels. The burner features independently adjustable gas and oxygen nozzles, with the gas ratio between the inner and outer nozzle controlled by an integrated valve. Hand wheel adjustments at the rear of the burner allow precise control of gas velocities and oxygen distribution, enabling flexible flame shaping according to production conditions and furnace geometry. The ROX ensures stable operation, consistent heat delivery, and reliable performance across diverse glass melting applications.
